Moved In

Short update. Pictures to come later tonight.

We're officially "in" the apartment now. New additions and furniture arrangements are made each day we are here. Milestones completed today include setting up the dartboard(which looks freakin SA-WEET against the corkboard backdrop), putting the Fenway pic up on the hallway wall, and getting our high-speed internet and digital cable installed. Things are still changing even as we speak.

Mallory came down this weekend, as she had a 3-day weekend due to MLK Jr. Day. She came down on Friday, and due to a lack of good directions(see her blog), she was slightly delayed. She also had some battery problems(as in a dead battery), and we got that fixed as well. After that incident, things went smoothly the rest of the weekend. We mainly just relaxed in the new apartment for a couple of days, but we also attended my "welcome back" party on Saturday night at Dan's, ate dinner/lunch on several occasions with the crew, and rented Red Eye(which is in fact a TERRIBLE movie. Don't go see it. Ever.). I was able to send Mal off on time this morning at the early early hour of 6am.

So as you can see, it was a great weekend. Definitely glad Mal was able to come down. I'm looking forward to going up to Chattanooga soon.
